Inside, the independent kitchen is equipped with induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, and communicates with the living room-bedroom which has a double sofa bed for the fifth and sixth places. In addition, the dwelling has a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower tray.
Rest is guaranteed with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed at both heights. The living room also functions as an additional room with a double sofa bed. The living room has air conditioning and heat pump heating to ensure comfort in any season, as well as two fans for greater freshness.
The house is very well located to access by car to numerous points of interest in the province, such as the Natural Site of El Torcal de Antequera, Málaga capital, the Agujero Reservoir, the Conception Botanical Garden, Antequera and Granada. In addition, it is located just 300 metres from the centre of Casabermeja and very close to restaurants, supermarkets and other local services.
The accommodation offers fibre optic wifi connection, garage with capacity for trailer, caravan or motorhome (with additional cost), garden and fenced plot with 100 m² terrace to enjoy outdoors. Among the appliances and equipment stand out the washing machine, iron, hairdryer and television.
